The club has a qualified volleyball coach.

Beach Volleyball: -

Summer: Easter to September

Open to new comers - novice or experienced players (male or female).

Play Wednesday and Sunday evenings - 18:00 to 20:30hrs (weather permitting).

Courts are set up on Sandbanks beach, at the end of Shore Road (close to the Sandacres Pub).

Casual play, often four a side - informal training as required. Emphasis is just to have fun and enjoy the beach environment (often retire to the pub afterwards).

Average attendance: 16 - 20

NOTE: For more experienced players (pairs), there is also beach volleyball on Tuesday evenings - usually one net is put up for women only, and two to three for men.

Indoor Volleyball: -

Open to new comers - novice or experienced players (male or female).

Train Sunday evenings 19:00 to 21:00hrs (October to Easter).

Venue: Sir David English Sports Centre - Bournemouth

Each evening is a mix of training and game play, on two volleyball courts (often retire to the pub afterwards).

Average attendance: 20 - 28

Other Information: -

Beach Volleyball - most player play beach volleyball just for fun, but some enter competitions such as the Sandbanks Beach Volleyball Classic.

Winter League - for 2007/8 there will be four teams entered: -

1) Division I

2) Division II

3) Division III

4) Ladies
